Archiving Policy

The Indonesian Journal of Herbal Science and Innovation (IJHerbSI) ensures the long-term preservation of all published articles. The journal employs the following archiving strategies:

  1. Digital Preservation:
All articles are digitally preserved in the journal's online system. The articles are stored in a secure repository to ensure accessibility and protection against data loss.

  2. Third-Party Archiving:
The journal collaborates with trusted third-party archiving services such as CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and Portico to preserve the content and guarantee its availability even in the event of technical failure.

  3. Institutional Repository:
Authors are encouraged to deposit their published articles in their institutional repositories or other trusted repositories, ensuring wider distribution and preservation.

  4. Self-Archiving:
Authors are allowed to archive the final published version (PDF) of their articles on personal websites, institutional repositories, or other open-access repositories, provided proper citation and a link to the journal's official website are included.

These measures ensure that the articles published in the Indonesian Journal of Herbal Science and Innovation (IJHerbSI) remain permanently accessible to the global academic community.
