Copyright and License Statement

Upon submission of an article to the Journal of Cendekia in Herbal Sciences (J. CendekiaHerb), authors agree to the following terms regarding copyright and licensing:

  1. Copyright Ownership  

   Authors retain full copyright of their articles upon publication. However, by

submitting a manuscript to J. CendekiaHerb, authors grant PT Cendekia Science and Technology the exclusive right to publish the article in the journal. The authors also grant PT Cendekia Science and Technology the right to distribute, reproduce, and display the article in all formats, including online and print, worldwide.

  1. License  

   Articles published in J. CendekiaHerb are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to copy, distribute, remix, transform, and build upon the article, even for commercial purposes, as long as appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the source of the publication.  

  1. Reproduction and Distribution  

   Authors are allowed to reproduce and distribute their work elsewhere, including in books, other journals, or repositories, as long as they provide proper citation to the original publication in J. CendekiaHerb.

  1. No Conflict of Interest  

   Authors must confirm that their manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and that it does not infringe any copyright or proprietary rights of others. The authors also declare that they have obtained any necessary permissions for using third-party material in their article.

  1. Ethical Use of Content  

   Authors agree that their work will not be used for any unlawful purpose and complies with ethical standards, including the correct citation of sources and proper treatment of human or animal subjects where applicable.
